OUR STORY

Chris and Amy started Dough Nation Mini Donuts when they found themselves with an empty nest and weekends to fill. Chris works in full time youth ministry and Amy is an office manager for a small local company.  With Chris's passion for food and Amy's interest in baking and decorating, they found their way to a new adventure in mini donuts!  After 24 years working for a non-profit, Chris had a dream of donating a percentage of mini donut sales to local non-profits which is how the name Dough Nation was born.  They hope to bring joy and donuts to every man, woman, and child in the Lake Country area and beyond.  When they are not making donuts you can find them outside hiking with their dogs and enjoying the beauty of Lake Country.
